When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, age group preference, and language preference.

Learning Data

We store your reading progress, quiz results, streaks, badges, XP, and other gamification data to personalize your experience and track your learning journey.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Apple through In-App Purchase. We do not store your payment details. We only store your subscription plan and status.

Usage Data

We may collect anonymized usage data such as pages visited, feature usage, and error logs to improve the Service.

4. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses AI (powered by OpenAI) to generate quizzes, scenarios, and mentor responses. Your questions to the AI mentor are processed by OpenAI's API but are not used to train their models. We do not store your conversation history on our servers beyond the current session.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Supabase — for authentication and database hosting
• Apple — for in-app purchase payment processing
• OpenAI — for AI-generated content (mentor, quizzes, scenarios)
• Sarvam AI — for text-to-speech audio in Indian languages
• Vercel — for web hosting

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, secure authentication via Supabase, and biometric authentication on the mobile app.

7. Children's Privacy

Shru offers age-appropriate content through the "young" age group setting. However, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:
